DATES DESCRIPTION EXAMPLE 1948-1961 #### (starting #0121) From 1948 though 1961, Klipschorn's had the serial number stamped into the tailboard, woofer access door, or inside the woofer chamber. Serial Number Verification. Some Klipsch Headphones are sold with a hologram sticker with the serial number printed on it (see image). If your product has such a sticker, you can use the form below to verify the serial number and ensure you have a 100% authentic Klipsch product.

Can anyone tell me how to tell the manufacturing date of my Klipsch speakers based upon the serial numbers? I purchased these used. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I looked on the Klipsch forum but didn't find anything clear. My serial numbers on my speakers are RF62BK+05510535 and RF62BK+05510549. Can you tell me what the date is by these numbers? Thanks!

Here's a Magic Decoder Ring(tm). It stops at 2000, but I *think* I've seen elsewhere that the last format is still in use.
