Apologies if this has been solved before - I did a keyword search but couldn't see this issue.
I installed Windows 10 over a month ago and so cannot revert back to 7. I restored my PC this week and have tried to install iTunes, but I get the following error message:
An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT.type='win32'.version='8.0.50727.6195'.publicKeyToken='1fc8b3b9a1e8e3b'.processorArchitecture='amd64'. Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80073715
I referred to iTunes help and support and ensured Windows updates were up to date. From the error message I think it might be that I can't download the 64bit version, but the iTunes download page doesn't display other options (32bit etc) for me to select. I've restarted my PC and tried multiple set ups but the error message persists.
